New Unit. Update #11

Added new tank type  - tesla tanks. These tanks are short ranged and do relatively low damage but the attack jumps to other nearby unit (two units when upgraded). This increases its acctual damage output when fighting large groups.

Also fixed a small issue allowing player have nothing selected when clicking at empty space.
